Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 1, 2026 Who we are: Cedar Real Estate Solutions LLC, a Michigan limited liability company doing business as Raise The Value ("Raise The Value," "we," "us"). Email: contact@raisethevalue.com.

This policy explains what we collect on raisethevalue.com (the "Site"), why, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

Information you give us.

  • Newsletter signup: your email address.
  • "Get Connected" form: first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), what you're interested in, your property type, and anything you write in the message field.
  • Email replies and correspondence: whatever you send us.

Information collected automatically.

  • Analytics: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location (city/region from IP address), device and browser type, and time on page. We use Vercel Web Analytics for this, which is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors.
  • Server logs: IP address, request time, and URL, kept by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and reliability.

We do not collect payment information, Social Security numbers, or financial account numbers on the Site, and you should not send them to us through the form.

2. How we use it

  • To send you the newsletter you subscribed to, and to send occasional notices about Raise The Value content.
  • To respond to your "Get Connected" request and to introduce you to the professionals you asked about: contractors, real estate professionals, or licensed mortgage professionals in your state.
  • To contact you about your request by email, phone call, or text message (see Section 4).
  • To understand which content is read and improve the Site.
  • To keep records of your consent as required by law, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

  • Professionals you asked to be connected with. When you submit the form and choose contractor, real estate professional, financing, or similar, we share the information you provided with the professional(s) we introduce you to so they can follow up. Each professional is responsible for their own use of your information.

  • Service providers that run parts of the Site for us: the newsletter (Beehiiv), hosting and analytics (Vercel), email notifications (Resend), and storage of contact-form submissions in a private, access-restricted spreadsheet (Google). They may only use your information to provide services to us.

  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

  • Business transfer. If Raise The Value is sold or merged, your information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.

4. Calls and texts: your consent

When you submit the "Get Connected" form, the consent statement above the button tells you that Raise The Value and the licensed professionals we introduce you to may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message. To stop calls or emails, email contact@raisethevalue.com or tell the person who contacted you. We keep a record of when and how you gave consent (the date and time, the exact consent language shown to you, the page you submitted it from, and the IP address and browser type of the device you used) for at least four years.

5. Newsletter emails

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link and our mailing address. Unsubscribing stops the newsletter; if you also submitted a connection request, tell us separately if you want that follow-up stopped too.

6. Cookies and analytics

The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics provider counts visits without identifying individuals. If we add advertising or additional analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy first.

7. How long we keep it

Newsletter emails: until you unsubscribe, then removed from the active list. Connection requests and consent records: at least four years from your last interaction, to meet record-keeping obligations. Analytics: aggregate statistics that are never linked to your name or email address, kept for as long as Vercel retains them under its standard policy.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing contact@raisethevalue.com. We will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; we honor those requests regardless of location where we reasonably can. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

9. Children

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, email us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no website or email system is perfectly secure. Do not send sensitive financial information through the Site.

11. Changes

We will post any changes here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we use information you already gave us will be announced by email or a notice on the Site.
